It starts with a conversation. You share your event idea — the type, the date, the feel, the budget. No spreadsheets, no vendor research required. Just tell us what you're imagining and we'll take it from there.
We'll ask the right questions to understand your priorities: Is the venue the centerpiece, or is it all about the food? Do you want a photographer who disappears into the background, or one who directs the room? We learn what matters most to you.

We Build Your Event Plan
Based on your vision and budget, we put together a full event plan — a curated list of vendors across every category you need, with pricing, availability, and our honest recommendation for each.
We draw from our established network of vetted vendors across NYC and New Jersey. Every vendor we recommend has been evaluated for quality, reliability, and professionalism. You get options, not just one name.

You Approve, We Execute
Once you've reviewed the plan and given the green light, we handle all vendor outreach, contracts, deposits, and scheduling. You don't need to make a single call.
We negotiate on your behalf, confirm availability, coordinate logistics between vendors, and keep everyone aligned on the timeline. If a vendor falls through, we find a replacement — fast.

We Manage the Timeline
As your event date approaches, we build and distribute a detailed run-of-show to every vendor. Everyone knows where to be, when to arrive, and what to do.
We handle all pre-event check-ins, confirmations, and last-minute adjustments. You're kept informed at every milestone, but you're never the one chasing anyone down.

Day-of Coordination
On the day of your event, a Ciesto coordinator is on-site to manage vendor arrivals, setup, and the flow of the event from start to finish.
We're the point of contact for every vendor on the day. If the florist is running late, we handle it. If the caterer needs direction, we're there. You focus on enjoying your event — we handle everything else.
